Models4PT

Infrastructure for transparent, computable causal knowledge in rehabilitation.

Models4PT explores how concepts, variables, measurements, sources, evidence, proposed causal claims, and curation decisions can remain distinct but connected. Its safeguards are deliberate: association is not causation, extracted text is not accepted knowledge, and diagrams are views rather than the canonical record.

The current prototype includes tested Python domain objects, conservative mock extraction, an ontology-resolution boundary, and a heart-failure/NMES case study. It is not yet a deployed knowledge platform or clinical product.

Clinical Inference Engine

A research initiative for patient-specific, uncertainty-aware clinical reasoning.

The project defines the intended inference layer of the program: patient-specific causal models, Bayesian updating, diagnostic hypothesis comparison, temporal reasoning, and inspectable explanations.

At present, this is an architectural and scholarly direction rather than runnable software. It is designed to consume versioned population knowledge from Models4PT without mutating that canonical knowledge.
